Give online through our secure online donation form by using your credit card (MasterCard or Visa). You will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation as well as a separate gift receipt mailed to you for tax purposes. If you wish to make a donation in memory of a family member, friend, an individual, or in recognition of a special occasion, please click on the "Note or Optional Instructions" and fill in that information in the comment box, on the PayPal page, once you have designated your gift.

Making Our Vision a Reality

Our financial contributions can help save stroke victims’ lives and enable stroke survivors to recover more quickly and lead more rewarding, productive lives. All gifts and donations to the Stroke Awareness Foundation, regardless of the amount, are greatly appreciated.

Our policy is to list contributors who have donated $1000 or more on our website. Donors who contribute at least $2000 will receive one, on-site stroke education presentation for family, friends and/or employees.
